Start my day
Two minutes to clear yesterday's leftovers and pick what matters today.
A daily companion for your work
Klein keeps track of your calendar, the asks in your email, your voice notes and your meetings. Ask it any time, and it tells you what's next.
Windows now. Mac later. Starts with a 14-day free trial of Advanced.
How it works
Things reach Klein the way they already reach you.
Everything lands in one list: what you owe, what other people owe you, and when. Ticked items stay ticked.
Open the Now page, click the orb, or press Ctrl+Alt+K. Klein answers in a sentence or two, in text, out loud, or both.
Klein would rather miss something than guess. It only puts an item in front of you when there's a clear source: a calendar event with a real time, a reminder you set, or an email with a plain ask and a deadline. Anything vague stays out of the way until you look for it.
The orb
The orb sits on top of your other windows. Click it and it tells you what's next. It glows when something needs you, and stays quiet when nothing does.
Want a bit more? Klein Mini is a small window with what's now, what you're waiting on, a focus timer, and one box to file a reminder or ask a question.
QuietNothing needs you. Get on with your work.

Your day
Short check-ins that keep the list honest, so the answer to "what now?" stays right.
Two minutes to clear yesterday's leftovers and pick what matters today.
See what you got done, settle what's still open, and look at tomorrow.
What you finished, what slipped, and what's coming next week.
Things two weeks late get one question on your Now page: keep them, or let them go.
Meetings
Klein takes notes from your own computer. Nobody gets an extra guest in their meeting.
Meeting audio is sent in short pieces to a transcription provider through OpenRouter, using only zero-data-retention endpoints. Klein doesn't store the audio, only the text.
Between you
Every person gets a simple ledger. Late items come first. When someone promises you something in an email, it goes on their side, so you know who to nudge.
Privacy
Klein sees a lot of your working life. Here is exactly what it does with it.
Klein only uses AI providers that don't collect or train on what's sent. If none is available, the request fails instead of going somewhere else.
Your voice notes are turned into text on your own machine. The audio never leaves it.
Klein reads an email for an ask, keeps the task, the subject and the message ID, and deletes the text within 7 days.
For the people you work with, Klein keeps a name and an email address. Nothing else about them comes from your mail.
It reads your calendar, mail and tasks. It never sends an email or posts anywhere. Follow-ups open in your own mail app.
Calendar access is read-only. On Advanced you can switch on calendar changes, and even then Klein only changes an event after you say yes.
Spoken answers in Klein's cloud voice are made by a Microsoft voice model with zero data retention; only Klein's own answer is sent, never your mail or notes. Prefer nothing in the cloud? Pick an on-device voice instead. The details are in the privacy policy.
Leave your email and we'll tell you when you can download it. You'll start with a 14-day free trial of Advanced.

Questions
Your tasks, reminders and notes are stored in Klein's database so they're there whenever you open the app. Voice notes are transcribed on your computer. Email text is deleted within 7 days; Klein keeps only the task it found, the subject and the message ID. For contacts, it keeps a name and an email address.
You can ask for everything to be deleted at any time. The privacy policy has the full list.
Google (Calendar and Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook calendar and mail), plus their task lists. Access is read-only. Core includes one inbox; Advanced adds a second.
Not yet. Klein is a Windows desktop app today. Mac comes later. There's no web version.
Only when you start meeting notes yourself. No bot joins the call, so it's on you to tell people, and Klein makes that easy: each time notes start, it offers a short message to paste in the meeting chat. Recording laws differ by place, so check what applies to you.
The audio goes in short pieces to a transcription provider with zero data retention, and Klein doesn't keep it. Only the text is stored.
No. Klein's AI requests only go to providers that don't collect or train on what's sent, and it's on for everyone by default. If no such provider is available, the request fails rather than going elsewhere.
Partly. Reminders, ticks and voice notes you capture while offline are kept on your computer and sent when you're back online. Voice notes are transcribed on your computer either way. New email, calendar changes and Klein's written answers need a connection.
Pricing is coming soon. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Advanced, then you choose Core or Advanced.
Core is the whole daily loop: calendar, tasks, voice notes, reminders, the orb, Ask Klein, people, a brief before each meeting, one inbox, 20 meeting notes a month, 90 days of history and on-device voices.
Advanced adds Klein's cloud voice, a live transcript during meetings, a second inbox, unlimited meetings and history, and calendar changes when you approve them.
